Our Engage training team:
- Hold free regular workshops across the UK. Our calendar for 2012 includes; Manchester, London, Nottingham, Southampton, Maidstone, Birmingham, Bridgend, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Bristol, Plymouth, and Belfast. These workshops offer an opportunity for you to learn the software face to face with a professional and come away fully trained.
- Host free online telephone training sessions twice a week. These are split into: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. You can learn the ropes at a speed that suits you and train only as far as you feel that you need to. These sessions are held on your software and over the phone, meaning you can learn how to use Defaqto Engage from the comfort of wherever you are based.
- Have created a range of free training guides and faqs for simple, quick reference should you need to resolve a problem quickly.
- Have a series of videos that will acquaint you with the basics of Engage.
