Our recruitment process

We advertise our vacancies on our website, and elsewhere online, as well as in the local and specialist press. We also encourage colleagues to refer people they know, and pay a recruitment bonus if they are successful.

Our preference is to recruit candidates directly wherever possible, so that we communicate directly with you throughout the two-way process of you deciding whether this is the company and role for you and us deciding whether you are the right person for Defaqto.

We also have a preferred supplier list of recruitment agencies that we work with from time to time. However, if you are a recruitment agency and you are not on our list then don’t send unsolicited CVs, as they will not be considered.
