Premier credit cards are 'upmarket' credit cards that provide all of the facilities of normal credit cards in addition to some additional incentives for the discerning customer.

Introductory 0% balance transfer and introductory 0% purchase offers are available as are cards offering cashback, airmiles, shopping rewards and points schemes. Other incentives can include access to VIP airport lounges and concierge services, which help you save time by arranging things like plumbers, travel, entertainment tickets and hotel accommodation on your behalf. However, in many cases an annual fee is charged for the privilege of owning this form of credit card.
