Product and Platform Switching (PPS) Terms and Conditions:

By signing up for the 30-day PPS access, you agree to the following terms:

Complimentary access period: You can sign up for your PPS complimentary access until October 31, 2023.

Start date: Your access to PPS will begin when you receive an email confirmation from Defaqto.

Duration: Your complimentary access will last for 30 calendar days from the start date, and we'll send you a reminder before it’s about to end.

Automatic subscription increase: If you don't cancel during your complimentary access period, PPS will be added to your existing license, and your monthly Direct Debit will increase. The amount of this increase will be confirmed to you by Defaqto, via email.

Direct Debit payment: Your new monthly amount will be added to your Direct Debit, and we’ll email you to confirm the date that this will be collected.

Withdrawal: You can withdraw at any time during the 30-day period by emailing sales@defaqto.com.

Access removal: If you withdraw, access to PPS will be removed from your license.

Cancellation notice: To remove PPS from your license after your complimentary access has expired, you must provide a 90-day notice.

General terms: Your existing terms and conditions will also apply.

Cancellation rights: Defaqto reserves the right to cancel or remove the offer at any time.
